I am selling a 2004 BMW M3 6 speed manual with 128k miles. I will give fulldisclosure below to avoid surprises or misunderstandings. This was originally a SMG vehicle converted to a 6 speed manual. -No check engine light or any other warning lights. - No cracks in the rearsubframe. No cracks in the rear trunk floor. - Front and rear suspensionbushings are good. - Passed California Smog inspection(within 90 day transferperiod) - Clean title on hand. Upper reservoir return hose. New coolant - New drivebelt, drive belt tensioner and idler pulley - Just changed the engine oil andfilter with OEM filter kit and 10w-60 LiquiMoly Full Synthetic oil 5-28-17. Shined flash light into the oil filter housing and old oil and there are nosigns of anything metallic or shinny. - Have receipts for the above other thanthe oil change which I did myself and the Bilstein shocks which were items). -I don't know when the SMG to 6 speed manual conversionwas done. This is normally a $3000 conversion. -19" E46 M3 wheels but not done to a high standard). Run flat tires have plentyof tread but the outer edges are worn more than the center. Items of concern:Mechanical - Radio volume started to cuts in and out after shock wire issue at amplifier or the amplifier itself going out. - Motormounts will need re. For sale is my extremely low mileage 2009 M3 convertible. Options on the carinclude Cold Weather, Premium, and Technology packages. I am the third owner andit has been garaged since new. The body and top have no scratches, chips, dings,or dents of any kind. The wheels show no curb rash. A recent (less than 100miles ago) service included brake flush, oil and oil filter change, engine airand cabin filter changes, a "good" Blackstone oil analysis, and new ContinentalDWS06 tires (the originals had fair tread but were 7 years old). The leather wasalso treated and BMW special rubber lubricant was applied to all seals andweather stripping. The service history is documented since new and a custom BMWcover is included. Probably one of the nicest V8 M3s around.

The hood was previously replaced aftera small right front fender bender. Both front fenders and front bumper have beenrepainted. This is a non smoker vehicle, interior smells like a BMW should,clean and German. Cons: Coolant Temp Gauge works when it wants to, the motorbehind it may need to be repaired, I use oil temp gauge. Front tires do not matchrears. Rears match and they are Michelin, fonts are Bridgestone and Continentaland will probably need to be replaced soon. Scratch on rear right coat on front bumper and some spiderweb clear coat cracks, front bumpershould be repainted. Driver side mirror paint has faded. Headliner is starting tocome down on the rear. Driver seat leather has cracks on the back rest, seepictures. Both front seats have been is paint work on thefront end, hood has been replaced. $500 deposit required immediately. I'm selling my extremely nice,one-owner, low-mileage, unmolested, completely factory, 6speed, convertible M3. Exterior is 9/10: All original Alpine White paint. The car has never been in anaccident. It shows very well with no fade, a great shine, and very minimal wearon the front bumper. The only notable blemish is a small dent on the front sideof the rear passenger wheel arch. I have not attempted to PDR this area. The wheels are OEM factory from BMW and are absolutelyperfect! No curb marks or chips. The headlights are nice and clear with nocloudiness. All glass is perfect. The convertible top is original and inspectacular condition with no tears, unraveling, or fading. The car has alwaysbeen garage kept. Interior is 9/10: The car has been well protected and itshows! The seats are in great shape considering the year and mileage. Onlyminimal wear showing on the driver's side bolster. It's nearly impossible to avoid the high bolsterwhen getting out, but I've always tried to avoid unnecessary rubbing. Thedash is in perfect condi.
