I am selling a 2004 BMW M3 6 speed manual with 128k miles. I will give fulldisclosure below to avoid surprises or misunderstandings. This was originally a SMG vehicle converted to a 6 speed manual. -No check engine light or any other warning lights. - No cracks in the rearsubframe. No cracks in the rear trunk floor. - Front and rear suspensionbushings are good. - Passed California Smog inspection(within 90 day transferperiod) - Clean title on hand. Upper reservoir return hose. New coolant - New drivebelt, drive belt tensioner and idler pulley - Just changed the engine oil andfilter with OEM filter kit and 10w-60 LiquiMoly Full Synthetic oil 5-28-17. Shined flash light into the oil filter housing and old oil and there are nosigns of anything metallic or shinny. - Have receipts for the above other thanthe oil change which I did myself and the Bilstein shocks which were items). -I don't know when the SMG to 6 speed manual conversionwas done. This is normally a $3000 conversion. -19" E46 M3 wheels but not done to a high standard). Run flat tires have plentyof tread but the outer edges are worn more than the center. Items of concern:Mechanical - Radio volume started to cuts in and out after shock wire issue at amplifier or the amplifier itself going out. - Motormounts will need re. Power Locks✔ Power Windows✔ Tachometer✔ AM/FM✔ Climate Control✔ Air Conditioning✔ Cruise Control✔ Sunroof/Moonroof

Scratch on rear right coat on front bumper and some spiderweb clear coat cracks, front bumpershould be repainted. Driver side mirror paint has faded. Headliner is starting tocome down on the rear. Please read the entire listing before reaching out, happy to answer anything I may have left out. 2014 Mineral Gray M235i with leather and heated seats. (33,447 miles currently) No other options. (it has a sunroof) Bought the car in March of last year, I am the second owner. This is a 2014 so the maintenance warranty is fully transferable (full bumper to bumper until 04/2018), and the car just received its maintenance for the year. It has only been serviced at BMW since new, all records are attached to its carfax/BMW records. Car is weekend driven only, and garaged full time (never driven when raining). Paint is in superb condition with only minor rock chips from highway driving, most have been touched up with OEM paint. Front passenger wheel has some light scratches that have been touched up as well. Tires and brakes are above 50% wear and the brakes if needed will be done for free at BMW. This car is truly a joy and I never get tired of driving it. Its so smooth andits such a pleasure to drive a real manual transmission attached to V8. If itwas not for three kids that are growing there would be no way i would sell thiscar. I have driven my friends automatic convertible and my other friends autocoupe, there is no comparison. The manual transmission and sport mode reallymake the personality of car, its the nicest car I can imagine driving everyday. About the car: I have owned the car for almost three years. I have all servicerecords, all work has been performed at the BMW dealer. If there was anything atall that needed to be done i did it. I can email the service records. It was acurb stop that did it in the first place. The rear bumper cover was nudged by apregnant lady in parking lot. I can tell that its not perfect but its so minorthat I never got it replaced. There is some minor wear and tear... that's istotally acceptable for a car with 95.5k miles. The leather on the steering wheelis not perfect, the center console has some very slight cracking of the leather,the headliner was replaced by Shamrock Auto Trim (very well known company). Ireplaced it with black, the original headliner had a small sag that i did notlike by the brake-light. The trunk opening (BMW Roundel) on the trunk has theBMW logo decal a bit faded, i live with it, but if its important it would besimple to fix. That's it, other than that its fantastic. I have both keysand all records.
