This is a Super COOL, very well built, Very Rare 1960Rambler American 3 door Hot Rod in extremely nice, low mile condition. Excellentquality custom build. rebuilt 350 motor and 4speed overdrive auto... nice set upwith perfect gearing all around... great power off the line and will cruisehighway speeds all day. This is a rare 2 year model... It is a very nice quality professional V8 conversion andit shows throughout. The car looks great and runs/feels AMAZING. Definite dailydriver capable... Excellent weekend cruiser, show car, or addition to anycollection. It's a driver not a trailer queen and will hold its own atcruises and local shows... not much to make it a big show winner. I love the carbut just bought a 4 car package from a museum and need to make space... severalhot rods are going on the block. Body is super straight with no rust orcollision damage that I can see. Seams and rubbers are great and the body, trim,moldings etc are well in tact. Frame pans and chassis are clean and solid. It's drive in show ready... Interior is fabulous aswell. Panels, Carpet, and top all look excellent... Gauges and electronics workproperly. Custom parts were done with style and taste. Nice after market soundsystem. rebuilt Motor starts, runs, and idles excellent... 4 speed auto transshifts so smooth through the gears. 1960Rambler American 2 Door Sedan. It Is Very Hard To Find These Cars In This KindOf Condition Most Were Driven Into The Ground Or Rusted Away. This Rambler American 2 DoorWas Equipped With The 195.6ci Ohv 6 Cylinder Only A Couple Thousand WereProduced Most Ramblers Had A Flat Head Engine. Also Has The Original Both Were Rebuilt By The Previous Owner About 1000 Mile Ago. Everything On This Car Is Oem Original Parts. Starts, Shifts Smoothly, AndDoesn't Drip/leak. The Paint And Interior Was Redone By The Previous OwnerAnd Is In Excellent Condition. No Dents, Dings, Or Damage To The Finish OrColor. All Of The Chrome Was Redone Last Year. Interior Was Completely Redone;Seats Headliner And Carpet Are In Excellent Shape, No Tears Or Damage To Them. All The Gauges Work And The Trunk Is Also Fully Upholstered Overall, This Car IsExtremely Solid And Drives Down The Road Like A Dream With No Issues OrComplaints. Two authentic 1969 Hurst S/C Ramblers. Ive owned them for over 10 years, always with the intention of completing full restorations. However, Ive my lost interest and my storage space. The first car is rust free. Correct date-coded 390 engine on a stand. All the correct pieces. An easy restoration or install the engine and enjoy as is. Slight body damage where the drivers door meets the front fender which causes the door to buckle when opened. Also, slight damage to the rear drivers quarter panel and small dent on upper portion of drivers door. Photos of the damage are shown. I would classify the current paint job as a twenty-footer. Included in this sale (!!!) is another, albeit rusty and rough, authentic S/C Rambler with a very large trove of parts. Both cars are listed in the Hurst S/C Rambler Registry. I am selling my 1977 AMC Gremlin, in the six years that I have owned it, it hasbeen garage kept. I purchased it from the state of Florida. The Gremlin was sold by AMC from 1970 through1978. My Gremlin has a 6 cylinder 258 cu engine. I have owned this car for sixyears and it is time for someone else to enjoy it as much as I have. Theprevious owner rebuilt the engine, redid the interior, painted the car red andreally restored the car. For a 40 year old car, it is in great shape. There aresome minor issues with the car that can be fixed easily and inexpensively. Thepaint is worn in some spots and it should be repainted. The car has some rust,but nothing that affects the structural integrity of the car. The only“major” problem with the car is that is has a transmission fluid leak. Mymechanic tells me that it needs a new seal. Have replaced intake and exhaustmanifold gaskets, replaced heater core, heater hoses, repaired AC hose andrecharged system, new master cylinder, carburetor, distributer, coil, replacedengine mounts, replaced thermostat, replaced water pump, Removed the gas tanksending unit and replaced float. Think that all about sums up all the repairssince 2011. It runs and stops with no problems and isa fun car to drive. It has never been a trailer queen, although not a dailydriver. Never crashed and never abused, the car has a very retro interior and ithas an AM/FM radio. The radio is not original to the Gremlin, but came from a1970’s AMC Hornet. It has some other minor issues the passenger door handle istough to open, but does open, just hard, the rubber around the rear window/hatchis the wrong size so the rear window/hatch does n.
